| Receptionist/ Secretary - Permanent Full Time (Posted: November 4, 2011) The successful candidate for this position will provide reception and administrative services that ensure effective and efficient operation of the firm. Candidate must have a great attitude, a willingness to learn new things, be confident and efficient in a fast paced environment, mindful of tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will have completed high school and have technical office training. Experience is an asset. The candidate must be proficient on computers and the internet, good with phones and messages, and have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office components. Excellent oral and written communication skills along with time management skills and attention to detail are a must. Must be able to interact in a professional manner with clients, visitors, and staff. Duties will include answering the telephone; filing and maintaining documents, records, reports, and spreadsheets; sorting and distributing mail; data entry; general correspondence (letters, reports, invoices, etc.); and other duties as assigned.
